CPD
Panyathip British International School is committed to supporting professional development for all its employees. We look for opportunities to help our staff develop themselves. In the last couple of years, we have been able to provide many opportunities for training, not just for teachers but also for our operations and admin staff.
We have access to excellent professional development through our membership in FOBISIA and COBIS. However, we also expect colleagues to take some responsibility for their own PD by sourcing and researching appropriate training for themselves. For school funding to take place, an application form needs to be completed and submitted to the HR Department.
Mandatory training in child protection and safeguarding, in addition to other professional development requirements, is provided for new staff members, while existing staff receive annual refresher sessions.
