For new students, the enrolment process begins with completing the admission form for the relevant year group. Once the form is submitted, it will be reviewed for school placement and assessment. Upon successful completion of these steps, students will be considered for acceptance.

Application timeline

We strongly encourage parents to apply as early as possible. Children may be admitted at any time during the academic year, depending on availability. As each class has a limited number of spaces, early application is highly recommended.

Placement decisions are based on factors such as the child’s age, English-speaking ability, readiness, and prior schooling experience.

If a class is full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified via email or telephone once a space becomes available.

EARLY YEARS ADMISSIONs

Step 2: Payment of non-refundable registration fee, tuition fees and miscellaneous

Once the place has been offered, the registration and school fees should be settled within a month. Parents of the applicant must also submit the contract of agreement (about school fees) and an admission checklist will be issued to the applicant.

• The latest report card from the previous school
• A reference request form from the previous Head Teacher
  

Please be aware that all documents evidencing the information provided in this application will be required to be submitted when visiting the school for an interview. Invalid or false documentation will result in the disqualification of the application. One form should be completed for each child.

The applicant will take the written and oral assessments, and the parents of the applicant will be informed of the results.
