Primary

The primary curriculum at our school is designed to align with international education standards while adhering to the curriculum framework set by the Ministry of Education and Sports. The instructional program is structured to provide two hours of study per day, with classes held five days a week (Monday to Friday). In addition to regular classes, we offer supplementary learning activities that enhance the learning experience. These activities incorporate diverse teaching methods and leverage various online resources to support and enrich student learning.

Each month, we conduct assessments to monitor academic progress. A subject teacher is designated to prepare and administer monthly assessments for each grade level, from Grade 1 to Grade 5. After completing the assessments, teachers compile and summarise the results, which are then shared with parents to provide feedback on their child's academic development.

The assessments for the first and second terms are conducted in collaboration with government schools within our region. The assessments for Grade 1 are scheduled to take place between the second and third weeks of March, while those for Grades 2 to 5 will occur between the second and third weeks of April.

Secondary

The primary objective of the Lao language program is to equip students with a comprehensive knowledge base and a diverse set of skills that are essential for their academic and professional futures. This program not only prepares students for university admission but also provides them with the foundation needed to pursue successful careers.

Lao students are members of the Youth Union and the Young Pioneers Organisations, fostering a sense of community, responsibility, and national pride. Additionally, the school selects top-performing students each year to participate in city- and capital-level competitions in various subjects, including mathematics, Lao language and literature, physics, and chemistry.

Lao language classes are held daily from 3:25 PM to 4:45 PM for all grade levels, ensuring consistent engagement and learning. Student performance is assessed through monthly exams, conducted at the end of each month, as well as semester exams for Term 1 and Term 2, scheduled in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Sports’ guidelines. Final exams for Grades M.4 (Grade 10) and M.7 (Grade 13) are administered in collaboration with public school examination boards, ensuring consistency and standardisation in evaluation.
