Bridging Educational Excellence

On behalf of Panyathip British International School (PBIS), we are excited to share that on 19th September 2024, our CEO, Ms. Palinyakone Panyathip, a representative of Chevening alumni from the University of Bath, had the remarkable opportunity to meet with Prof. Michael Mainelli, Lord Mayor London, City of London Corporation; Martin Kent, His Majesty's Trade Commissioner of Asia Pacific; Sarah Tiffin, UK Ambassador to ASEAN; Mr. Oudet Souvannavong, President of LNCCI; and Allen Lai, Director of ASEAN & Corporate Affairs at the UK-ASEAN Business Council (UKABC), along with representatives from the British Business Group in Laos (BBGL), among other esteemed guests. 

During the dinner, she expressed her gratitude to the UK government for the Chevening Scholarship, which has given so many Lao students the opportunity to experience British education. She also spoke passionately about PBIS’s mission to provide high-quality British education in Laos. Additionally, our CEO discussed that PBIS is a member of FOBISIA and COBIS, reflecting our commitment to embracing international standards in education while continuously striving to enhance the learning experience for our students.
